How many riders?This is one for those of you who have been at this game a bit longer than me.
I am now a full time coach, having given up full time employment in 2006 and even my part time job, earlier this year. I have no wish to become rich and see my coaching as a service to the riders, which brings me a small income.
However, at some stage I will need to put a cap on the number of riders I am advising, purely from the constraints of producing tailored training packages for them all. I have been taking on riders at the rate of approximately 1 every 2 weeks so far.
I am currently coaching 13 riders, although I am likely to lose 2 at the end of the season, which is easily manageable. Where do you, and where should I draw the line?
